Upon my car loans expiry the first point of contact I had from this company were from their collections department. Then I spent 2.5 hrs being transferred around to then be told they can’t re finance my baloon. Would not recommend

OMG!!!!! No star!!!!! Find other finance!!!!!! they do not work at all. They are very lazy. I requested statement. It is very simple but never done!!!!!! I called them more than 3 times!!!!!! I'm really upset!!!!! I will sue them if they screw up my contract due to their statement!!!!!

Lazy customer service. Kept taking my money even though my loan was fully paid off. Had to contact them to stop it and get a refund. Find someone else. I recommend money 3!!

Jesus H Christ. This is quite possibly the most incompetent finance company ever. I had a total loss settlement and they apparently couldn't track the $20,000 payment made to their company by my insurer, they gave the excuse of "Oh your insurance probably didn't send the reference, which they did) and it was up to me to track everything down with each excuse these guys gave with my insurer. They never had any issues finding the money when it was in my bank account each fortnight but they seem to have a real hard time actually doing anything useful like finalising finance when you need it!

Just wanted to request a couple of statements for our account, got the most rudest person called Adrian who had not even a shred of customer service in his bones. Do not do a service role if you can't be polite to the people paying their hard earned money towards your wages.

With my highest and best interest for the public i do not recommend capital financeI lost my job asked them ca i apply for a hardship ordernow for a few weeks till i got another job i was told no and it was stated in the contract that i signed.if these circumstance happen i would be able to applyNow black mark on my name it is that hard i wish i died of starvation in stead of goin through capital finance
