Daisy Gonzalez is the rudest, most unprofessional, arogant broad I’ve ever dealt with! Not only does she lie and not do what is her job but she becomes argumentative when you call her out on it! I was suppose to have a UCC release almost 3 weeks ago and still not received it.

I don’t know how CPS merchants put up with me as a client. I was so panicked about making the switch, but they made the transition feel effortless, and answered all my questions – and yes, there were a lot of them.

With no hesitation, I would give a zero star review if I could. We relentlessly receive calls from this company 2-3 times daily, and it's always around the same times of day. We have politely discussed with them that the owner/decision maker on the account does not work in house, and that they are simply not going to get anywhere by calling our business numbers. We have asked them to be removed from their call list on multiple occasions, to no avail apparently. Today we received a call from one of their sales staff, and the call was answered by one of my employees. The employee had let me know that they were on the phone, and was unsure of what to tell them. Being a manager at the business, and frustrated that they still continue to call us, I told her to just hang up on them loud enough so that the person on the phone could hear me. We received an immediate call back from the same person, but this time I answered. She first asked me why I told my staff to hang up on her, and I explained why. She then cut me off and said that she was calling in regards to our account and called me, and I quote, a "rude a**". After that, she said that our service was going to get "cut the f*** off", and abruptly hung up on me before I could get her name, or ask to speak with a supervisor. I have never received that amount of disrespect from a so-called customer service representative in my life - absolutely disgusting behaviour. I wasn't even sure what company she was calling from, but I decided to call the number back to try to speak with a manager. I ended up speaking with a gentleman in the customer service department, and asked him what the name of the company was. He kindly let me know, and so I asked if they were at all affiliated with the bank that our business uses for merchant services. He said that there was no affiliation (so, I'm confused how our services could get cut off as she said?). I explained to him what had happened moments earlier, and asked him if all calls were recorded/if there was record of her calling us today. He said that there are no records, but that he would send an email to the department she works in to have our business phone numbers removed from the call list. I asked him if there was a way I could speak with a manager about their "customer service" representative, and he said he would include that I would like to be contacted in the email. Time will tell if this actually happens, but I would never, EVER recommend them just solely based on the lack of kindness I received. This isn't the first call that we have received from this company that was unprofessional or rude, but it is the first time that made me decide to put in a negative Google review. This is possibly my first Google review ever, so take it for what it's worth.
