Feedback:

I bought my 2012 Ford Focus September of 2018 and have had nothing but issues. First the battery died 3 days after purchase then about 9 months later my transmission and some other things went. I found out there was 4 known recalls on this vehicle, so I have them repaired under warranty and no sooner after having my car repaired the transmission fails again and now its leaking coolant and the engine overheats. All the sensors are shot and I'm so so mad. I was told I'd be put in a reliable used car and I've had nothing but problems so beware when dealing with these people. They scam first time buyers big time.

The customer service from these guys is out of this world. From day one to the end, they were extremely helpful and considerate. I had the pleasure of talking to Aidan, Gil, Chris and Colby and I can never thanks them enough for their help.I highly recommend anyone looking for a car to contact Canada Drives because of their professionalism. Feedback:

UPDATE:They contact me to resolve the issue I have: - Refund me back the deposit with the $100 they promoised- They try to give me a discount with global warranty but I refused so they switch me back to coverage one as full refund is not possible- Third party check on car and it's good but the hood doesn't look aligned because of the headlight and luckily still under manufacture warranty so will get it fixed and make sure internally is ok as wellDUE TO ALL THIS RESOLUTIONS SO I MARK THEM AS 5 STARS AS AGREED----------------------------BUYER BEWARE !!!Would like to give them negative if there's an option... They are a network of crooks who try to take advantage of less than perfect credit score people. They are pushy and not transparent. You won't see any documents before delivery, I am really surprise people will recommend a company like this. First off, they said they work with dealers and honestly if you search the cars they try to sell you online, you will see they actually markup thousands of dollars before selling to you so if you go to that dealership directly actually you will save... They force you to take the after market protection plan but would not review you with who and just email you something that copy from internet. They said it will be a company call "coverage one" and once you see the car, the paper work shown "global warranty" which is 100% less reputable then the first on. They said the loan is with TD and then suddenly switch to CIBC without tell you or getting your consent, they will just do whatever they want with your identity info. And again, you won't see a single paperwork before hand. Their delivery department is a joke as they has fee associated with car not picked up so they will force to deliver your car anytime of the day to close the deal ..... good that I done my own insurance and not let them to have anymore authorities over my personal info, they even lie to me and give me a $100 gas card to get my car delivery to me, and obviously I never see the gift card. Plus I need to give them $500 deposit for not taking the car the day they want, I am still trying to get the refund on that. The company who do your mechanics check is affiliate with them call express auto credit loan so there is no credibility to ensure the car is in good condition and the car coming out is missing keys and manuals with some unknown oil in the spare tire compartment and there might be an accident as well but the CARFAX report has clean record so I am going to have a third party and check it again.... update on that laterAll in all, this is a network of crooks selling questionable products and trying to steal money from public who can't finance a new car and don't understand the way they work and car mechanics knowledge is minimum. They do sell you a car, so if you only want a car and doesn't mind paying 7000 more than it's an options Lesson learned that never buy used car this way and they should be reported so I probably file compliant with some legal department. If you go to BBB they already have a numerous cases and all their explanation is the positive rating in social media so please if you have any problem with this company, please don't hesitant to post and help others

Feedback:

These people call me all day long. I very politely asked to be removed from their call list, and the agent took offense and became hostile. I remained polite and he continued to be rude then hung up on me. I called them back and asked why the agent acted like this and the supervisor I spoke to ignored the question continued to try and ask me about buying a car then also hung up on me. This company is run like a scam, and I cannot comprehend how They can train their employees to conduct themselves like robots, or do they just hire people that have no communication skills?

Feedback:

My main concern is that I was not told about the credit building loan until the last minute. All I was told is that they were evaluating the loan that I was requesting and that would be step 2 of the process with them.

Didn't even want to give a star but in order to write this review it was needed. This company may be good for some ppl with a little bit of credit problems but for others who are trying to fix there credit score by going through this company...please think about it for a second. This company is full of false hopes they will look for vehicles that will fit your budget then expect you to pay a fee that you can buy a car with. .

I started my search for a replacement vehicle with the criteria of best rated picks, and Canada Drives website was included in the results. I had recognized Canada Drives from two commercials I'd seen on TV. Once on the website, a few quick questions to answer, an "on the spot" approval, then I was contacted by Canada Drives to set up the appointment. From start to finish, I have thoroughly enjoyed dealing with the Representatives at Canada Drives, and am now the proud owner of an awesome vehicle. Even with the challenges of restricted finances, Canada Drives was straight forward, knowledgeable and most helpful. A very special thank you to Colby, Canada Drives, who made this journey particularly enjoyable.

Salesman Ray went above the call of duty and exceeded my expectations. Even though my situation wasn't ideal he still managed to get me a vehicle that met my budget and family needs. I also believe I made a new friend. Thanks Ray! 😁👍
