I belong to a different credit union which is a sister to Campus USA. I have previously utilized the night drop for deposits with no problem. Yesterday (Sunday) I made a cash and check Deposit to my credit union account. I looked this morning to see if the monies got credited to my account. After 4 calls I finally got to speak to a Representative. I was told that I need to go in person to make the deposit, I am making a DEPOSIT and NOT a withdrawal. Baffled. Another half hour trip not necessary. Oh and nobody called me to let me know before I called. SMH. Follow up statement. I visited this office and spoke at length with the Branch Manager. She explained in detail policies and procedures. I honestly missed the sign on the night depository that stated that share branch members must be identified prior to transacting business. She was especially cordial and understanding and processed my deposit. My initial review was out of frustration! As an ex banker I should have been more understanding! I have changed my review to 5 stars. Thank you.

Campus is a wonderful institution to bank with and great at helping your son or daughter get a loan to afford a car. It was the only Bank in the city that gave me a chance at the age of 16 and I made sure not to disappoint them. Paid off my whole loan in only 8 months.

Worst bank possible to deal with. I have my company account with them...not for much longer. Customer service is near nonexistent, telephone wait times are ridiculous. Don't bank here if you value your time.

Terrible experience so for made a cash deposit for it to hold over half the amount! Says 3days before I get my money and I have never heard of a bank who hold cash deposits! Now my truck payment gonna be 3days late $50 I got to pay now and there is no way to get ahold of them like I know it’s Sunday but if I was out of town and I needed this money I need a bank that I can call 24 hrs 7days a week truly just sticking with VyStar way batter bank I can call anytime and always helpful. (I’m closing my account tomorrow by the way)

Campus is the BEST bank around! I have accounts at several different banks but prefer Campus over them all! They’re team of employees are #1. They are all sweet and make you feel right at home!

I've been with Campus USA since 2008. My Husband and I have had SEVERAL Auto loans, 2 Credit Cards, and last year got a Mortgage. Not only have they met our needs they exceeded our expectations. They have the BEST rates. The staff is very kind. They know us by name and always give us the GREATEST customer service. I recommend them every chance I get. We are even considering moving out of the area next year and I've already contacted them to make sure I can use a "in-network" Credit Union where we're going so I don't have to change banks. They are A+!!!!!!
