I was reasonably anxious for assistance when I walked in. I explained my intentions personally. Customer service was fine up until my credit was quickly looked at. There was no more service to offer... I'm on good terms with all my accounts for this? Never missed a payment.

Shady business tactics, representative named John Flanagan was rude and extremely unprofessional, his supervisor , Teresa Facey, was unhelpful and seemed to not even care about the conduct of her subordinate. Definitely the most disappointing and unprofessional experience I've ever had with a financial institution.
