Omg Campus USA is amazing. I love working with Arianna at the on 39th Ave. branch. She has helped me with my car loan, changing banks, opening a business account and consolidating my debt. She kept me calm while I had panic attacks about all of it and made it very easy. I loved working with her so much my parents are now working with her for all their banking needs. She and Campus USA are fantastic and have made my banking so much easier.

My neighbor didn't really know how to write a review online so he asked me to do it for him: "I've conducted business with Campus USA Credit Union here in Gainesville for seven years now. Checking, Savings, Personal Loans, Car Loans, and Credit Cards. Every banking choice I've ever needed. When wanting to buy another car, there was no doubt I'd be going to Campus for the financing. A terrific young lady named Jackie R. took me through the process with such clarity and ease that amazed me. She thoroughly explained options such as GAP Insurance, and Life Insurance, and more options that I wasn't even aware of! A few of them would be greatly beneficial to me so I easily said yes to them.Jackie's professionalism and knowledge sent me home knowing that I once again made the right choice with Campus.If you would love to be treated as a real person and not as just a number on an account somewhere, go to Campus for your needs. Great service, friendly people. Excellent car loan and credit card offerings and rates. Happily do shared branching for any other Co-op Network credit union, which is how I first found them. Liked them enough that now I do some of my checking here, plus credit card and refinanced my car loan here. Deposit interest rates aren't great but that's sadly true for most credit unions in Florida.

I decided to visit Campus USA after a friend of mine recommended it to me as an option for financing or refinancing a vehicle. I initially had VYSTAR and wanted to purchase a new vehicle. Even though I was making payments double than what I needed to for months without missing or being late, they decided to only approve me for less than what I was asking for. I have the credit and money down available and my income to debt ratio is outstanding, so needless to say I was frustrated. Which brings me to my visit, Jackie Rebstock over at CAMPUS USA was simply amazing. She understood what I needed gathered all information and under 5 minutes I got approved for what I needed with the rate I needed it under. Can’t say enough about this branch, their customer service, and especially Jackie’s experience and willingness to serve the customer. Hats off to all of you and thank you for a great easy experience! I got the truck of my dreams!

After having the same credit union for the last 16yrs I was very hesitant to open a new account with a new credit union... but I’m glad I did. My experience was pleasant and quick. The employee who helped me was kind and very knowledgeable. I was able to leave with my debit card in hand which is always nice!

Not happy at all, watch out for hidden fees and no notifications. Transfer of funds without notifications. I'm not trusting this bank!!!

Went to cash a check that I got from doing work for, went to cash it at his bank so I could get the cash. The teller said there’s a $7.50 fee because I don’t have an account there. I said may I speak to a manager and the teller and manager savannah was rude. Told me the only way to avoid the fee was to create an account. I said no because I just wanna cash the check. But the manager was very rude about the whole situation. I do not recommend campus USA at mill hopper and 43rd st.
