Took my chain saw to tune up last fall ,got it back payed 145.oo. it didn't run right. I called them back Mr head dave wasn't there, so I spoke to his son. He doesn't work on them,but did help me out. I called there 9-25-2018 about a carborator, spoke to bill he told me where to look and there was nothing there, he got rude. I gave him the make and model. He said he call me back and didn't. I thought dave and his family were a sum people. But instead dave flips out and tells me to go F myself. That's real nice dave. I never thought you could be this way.I'll take my business somewhere else.

I bought a Toro snowblower back in 2016. I used it one time that season. The Following Season it wouldn't start up. Cold Campbells they said they would send someone to pick it up to see what's wrong with it but that they would have to charge me for the pickup 50 bucks and fifty bucks to take it back okay so I said okay. He said I use bad gas in it that the carburetor wasn't good had a problem. So he fixed it charged me $150 said he wouldn't charge me for the transportation. he also told me to make sure I drain the gas out of it which I did and he told me to use mobile High test which I did. The next season went to start it up it would not start. Call Toro themselves they said I had to deal with the distributor who sold it to me. The guy I spoke to at Toro said none of that was true about the high test gas but to use trufuel should not have any problems. Went out and bought a $20 can of trufuel which did not work. So today 3 years later I called Campbell back told him the whole story of how he had it 3 years ago and I've only used this $1,000 snowblower three maybe four times tops and he told me there's nothing he can do about it I told him I have a lemon and he got really irate and pissed off and said this conversation is over. He said there's nothing wrong with it I have bad gas. He is a bad stand by his products. I would never use or buy another product from him ever not even a shovel. Blamed everything on me. Meanwhile I have I have a 26 year old drive on lawn mower that I leave the gas in and every season it starts right up. And they were both garage kept.

My first thought about a retailer and service company like Campbell's is that for any company to last this long in Sussex County has got to be doing something right. I hope that's the experience of others also. I have always been pleased with the service and product from Campbell's, and today was no exception. Thanks, Rich, for your help with my purchase.
