I just had the most wonderful experience at the Hot Springs Branch of the California Coast Credit Union. I belong to another credit union which is located over 200 miles away, but I needed to do a transaction involving a bit of money that needed to be taken care of inside the credit union. I walked up to the teller and told her what was needed. She smiled asked a couple of questions and 15 minutes later I was headed home. Wow! So impressed.

The,worst ever. The website is horrible. The location just as bad. Customer service was bad as well. Deposited a huge amount of money and had to do a credit check. Taking my money elsewhere!

The people here are really friendly. I'm a member of a different credit union but they still remember my name and treat me really well. Sometimes there's a little wait time but that's just because they're really taking care of the people in front of you.Also the place is very clean and nice, and there's a little play area for children. Super sweet.
