Feedback:

NO longer a happy customer with them. When you call and the phone rings 22 times at 4:30 then goes to voicemail,something's wrong. When you ask for a supervisor to call you and you get no response,that tells someone something. It tells me I have chosen the wrong bank. I finally figured out how to fix my problem without help after a week of looking and looking through the faq section for a week. This Is not good customer service. There should be someone to answer the phones during normal business hours. That Is why a gave the low rating.

I've had nothing but one positive experience after another with this bank! Very personalized service via phone, online and email. Nothing at all like the large impersonal banks I've had to deal with before. Outstanding customer service!!!!
