Rob Mathews is arrogant intimidating and rude , told company not to send him after he tried forcing his way in my house , visit's few times a week not fortnightly like agreed . when told I'd nipped out he sat outside my house in his car staring at my daughter even after she closed curtains , when confronted nearly ran over my feet

Avoid like the plague!! Applied 3 days ago. Agent was supposed to get in touch within 24 hours. I then had to spend 2 days trying to get in touch with the local agent. She then said she didnt cover this area even though i applied via the website and the firsr thing it does is check if your areas covered. The agent MICHELLE SWALLOW is definetly dodgy. She wanted me to send her more details even though i had already been provisionally accepted. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!

Terrible company. Jill the agent answers you when she can be bothered. It can take days. Lied when I first took out loan too. AVOID. You have to assume the good reviews were left by them!
