This is the worst place to put your jewelry in. I just tried to get back a necklace with a pendant that has been in the family for 3 generations, grandma, mom and sister and law got married with it. I went on May 17th, I lost my ID and the person there didn't want to give my jewelry back, I showed him a picture of my ID and I had the money to pay it back and they didn't want to give it back. The worst part is that they put to sell from May 17th to 6/24/2019. The necklace had a flower pendant, if you happen to buy from them, I am more than happy to buy it from you.

Absolutely a place that will try and rip you off - they do 30% of the items price as it’s on sold eBay, standard practice - except for they spent over 15 minutes finding the one listing that sold for more then half as much as every other listing in order to try and rip you and I off as much as possible. As in the item I brought sold for 500$ on every listing except for one that sold for 200$ from over TWO years ago, and that’s what they based their price on.

Eventually I am a huge customer of all to them since 2013. I am writing this review because I feel like I must suggest ppl to contact them when in financial need. The reason is that I've pawn stuffs on and off with them in every BSL locations. Whatever item it is just bring it, you would not go out of the store with empty hand! They surely give you the item worth amount and fair receipt. And the employees in every buy sell loan locations are super friendly and helpful. I do really mean it, this is the place to come when you wanna pawn or sell stuffs. I've been dealing with lots of pawn stores in Bay Area, NO ANY OTHER PAWN STORE is better than this ONE. Trust me you will never feel down when u r in need with them. (I've never write reviews on any other site! But this is incredibly recommendable store in my life.)Thanks BSL
