Client Review on Buy Sell Loan Pawn Shop

my first and what will be my last encounter with Buy Sell Loan pawn shop was a very cold and disingenuous experience. I'm coming to pawn something because I'm in between a rock and a hard place, a very vulnerable place to be in. I walked in with an expectation, not about the worth of my belongings but that those who work with people in similar situations would be warm, kind and empathetic. The woman that looked at my effects was young I would put her at 26, when I showed her what I had she half heartedly looked through them. Nodding her head in disagreement and handling my stuff like it was dirt. A lot of the stuff I brought has never been worn and was perfectly clean so why was it necessary to act this way? Listen, I get it if what I had wasn't "worth" a lot, But did she have to treat me like I wasn't either? Over all it was a very cold and callous experience. To Those who have the money to shop here, this is your place, its very beautiful and high end shop. It has a wonderful variety of jewelry, antiques, Etc.. --- I'm sure you will be greeted warmly ---To those who are in that vulnerable place of needing to pawn/sell I'd avoid dealing with this business in till they improved and reconciled this behavior. I left feeling worse, No one deserves to be treated this way and it bogles me the liberties someone has taken in being so cold.
