Terrible experience! They put absolutly zero effort in creating a authentic document. They ask a handful of questions and produce these pre built plans for you. They have a 30 changes time frame, but they doesnt account for their team to make changes which takes at least a week. If you ask to get the team writing the plan on the phone to walk through it they wont allow it. They literally make it so much harder than they need to. I would not reccommend this company, we pretty much made a donation to Butler Consultants then had to find someone to actually build a plan for us. TERRIBLE
