Business Link was recommended to me when I was sharing how overwhelmed I was feeling with another small business owner. It was a lifesaver! The website was excellent but I was still struggling to wade through all the information and figure out what was relevant to me and next steps. I was paired with a mentor and from that first phone call I was feeling so relieved and then excited to work together. She was like a motivator, friend, therapist and personal business trainer (for free!!) for over 4 months. I looked forward to our bi-weekly video calls. She was also able to connect me with her colleagues when other expertise was needed, such as webpage design. Due to family obligations, I decided to close my business in January. I honestly could not have gotten as far as I did without her and we were both sad to no longer be working together. Highly recommend business link and their mentorship program to anyone starting a business!
