James in the IT department was a pleasure to work with. He is a true asset to our company.

Feedback:

As a company we were not satisfied with the services BCS offered. They are very expensive and did not provide good technical support. On more then one occasion, we called (and were charged for the phone call) with an issue that was not corrected and then had to hire another tech company to fix the problem. More economical solutions were only presented after our intention to have other companies quote our telecommunication services were made. Lastly, when we did not renew, information on how to properly disconnect from the companies that BCS had subscribed us to were not shared and we are left paying for things that were discussed with BCS on our behalf but never conveyed to us. Very unprofessional.

Terrible. Service sucks and phones are extremely overpriced. No support and terrible customer service!!!!!!
