Feedback:

Great for personal banking, bad for business banking. We have been long time members of BMFCU. They are always professional and have helped us get a home equity loan. After starting a small business we realized we might have to explore other banks. BMPFCU is not equipped to handle large deposits and checks that take 2 days to clear at M&T will take 5 days to clear here. Also their online banking system does not work well with quick books and other programs or apps we use.

I love it. When you come to the tellers, they're always ready to assist , n if you have a problem they will find out n resolve the issue. I don't regret ever joining g.

If you're trying to handle any banking such as personal loans etc...its best to go there. Submitting an application online is a complete joke. I've called 5x to speak to someone in the loan department and no one returns your call. They leave about 6exts to call if someone is not available and guess what? None of the extensions answer. You have to leave another vcml.I do very minimal banking at the credit union but just wanted to join because of a referral. I'm going to stick w/them but all my primary personal and business banking will be done with another institution. Buffalo credit union loan department has to do better! Sorry not sorry

This place is horrible. The customer service is the worst Ive ever seen. Miserable unhappy people.They try and hit you with additional charges all the time. They act like they are a community Bank but they are not. Go to a real bank.

I have banked with them for 5 years and some how my bank card constantly gets compromised with them & nobody even notifies you or blocks your card if an unusual charge pops up. They need to provide cards with Card Valet. When I called to request a new card, the woman was very rude saying “Well why don’t you just dispute the fraud charges with amazon”. I had to let her know my issue wasn’t with amazon, it was with them as an institution. I literally opened another account, because leaving any kind of money in checking was way too risky. Save yourself the stress, Bank somewhere with more modern banking features!
