As a retired mechanic from this town of McCall, I stopped in to get an alignment done before going on a little road trip. I was charged 59.95 plus tax. I felt it was a little high but everything is going up. I went on the road trip and had problems with the steering pulling to the right. When I confronted them about the pulling, they said adjusting the caster and camber was an additional $100.00 plus parts. I'm in somewhat a shock. I've been doing automotive repairs for over 40 years and I've never heard of such a rip off as this.I am a former auto repair shop owner and have been in several dealerships as a Service Manager. It's sad to see and hear such nonsense. I have nothing good to say about this place.
