In a nutshell, these people are uneducated and rude.Eddie Wiser doesn't know what's going on with his employees and doesn't make sure they are trained, in fact he's hardly there.They are unorganized and instead of fixing a problem they sweep it under the rug. These are not the type of people you want managing your money! All about supporting small businesses, but not those of low/no morals and standards. Take your business to Advance America or the like where they are more organized and structured.
