Jasmin is the best. She has very knowledgeable and has a wonderful personality. She treats people with dignity and respect no mater what the question or problem is. This is the most pleasant experience I’ve had dealing with anyone from an institution.

JASMINE WAS AMAZING THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED.SHE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND AND SHE ALSO THINKS OUT OF THE BOXI HAVE A SAVINGS ACCOUNT AND CREDIT CARD WITH BRIGHT STAR CREDIT UNIONI ASKED A LOT OF QUESTIONS , AND SOME UNIQUE QUESTIONS, ANDEVERY MINUTE OF THE PHONE CONVERSATION, JASMINE WAS VERY THIROUGH AND VERY PLEASANT THE ENTIRE PHONE CONVERSATIONAND RIGHT NOW AT THIS MOMENT US FLORIDA RESIDENTS ARE EXPERIENCING THE WORSE HURRICANE RECORDED IN THE HISTORYJASMINE GAVE ME IA LOT OF INFORMATION ON MY DIFFERENT ACCOUNTSAND SHE IS VERY THOROUGH WITH HER KNOWLEDGE AND EXPLANATIONSEVEN THOW I ALREADY HAD 2 DIFFERENT ACCOUNTS OPENED, SHE GAVE ME 2 DIFFERENT PIECES OF INFORMATIONTHAT ARE VERY IMPORTANT THINGS TO KNOW FOR THIS I AM VERY GRATEFULJASMINE IS VERY POSITIVE VERY HELPFUL AND VERY CARING PERSON AND EMPLOYEESHE IS JUST LIKE MEWE MUST BE SISTERS
