You’re employees are extremely rude and make us feel like we are trying to get free handouts from the govt when some of us just need a boost to get through a month or two. Maybe you should call in and see how they really talk to people over the phone. I’ll quote one of your employees “if you don’t understand what I’m saying then contact the state of Indiana” why didn’t I just do that in the first place then? What exactly do you do to help our community? Besides make single parents feel worthless? Unbelievable. Sorry I knew more about taxes than you because that’s what I do for a living..if that offended you maybe you should contact your congressman...

Train your representatives to speak to people appropriately. That was the worst and most unprofessional representative that I have ever dealt with and it's a shame you allow people to talk to others in that manner.

I feel that this organization is discriminatory. Late last year, I spent a lot of time (and a $75 fee)jumping through hoops to get the loan agent documents for a small business loan. In the end, the lady told me she would not process my application until I remove a certain item from my credit report. She advised me to return once it is done. I get the items removed from my credit and return. The lady no longer works for the company and the current staff is demanding more money to process an application that was never processed! AVOID!

I've had nothing but positive outcomes from going to brightpoint. They have helped me with childcare and energy assistance. Yes they are under staffed sometimes but we have to remember that they are trying to make our funding work for as many people as possible. The women in that office deal with unappreciative people everyday. We should be the ones who slow down and say thank you for your services.

The ordering process for tickets for Parkview Field (in this case, for the Tiny Homes showing this weekend) - is BS. They keep adding "fees" on - so by the time you're done - it makes you want to cancel. So I did. They added $2.00 for "ticket fees", and then another $2.00 for "order fees". Just so that they could email my ticket so that I could print it. And it's all done automatically by their computer. No human interaction.
