If I could give negative stars, I would. These people are trying to rob me blind and are claiming i owe them money that they told me i dont owe them. Good luck getting a damn penny from me I'll be seeing you in court! DO NOT BORROW A PENNY FROM THESE PEOPLE. YOU WILL BE SCREWED!

DO NOT BANK WITH THEM‼️‼️‼️After all the stress my family went through with them I wouldn’t wish it upon anybody else. Deborah or whatever her name is decided to get unprofessional and point fingers and the sad part about this situation was that they were holding information and waited until my family was in a hole to say something basically screwing us over. I will never ever let any of my people bank with them and I’m even going to stress it on my social media to all 7,000 followers. DO NOT BANK WITH THESE PEOPLE‼️‼️ YOU WILL REGRET IT❗️

Why did the Vineland office close? Why did Bay Atlantic stop it’s partnership with them? Why isnt there any ATMs anymore for them? Been with them since 2003. They’ve gone downhill. In search of a better credit union...

They refuse to join the branch sharing service with other credit unions. In todays world of credit unions I can go to almost any credit union in the area to access my account but of course the closest one doesnt want to be part of the program. Get with it people.... Maybe you would get more loan business if you broadened your horizons. Not sure if they are ready to deal with other credit union members .... They teller was rude and since they have about 10 members she was only worried about playing with her phone.

I have been a customer with them for years. Was told that I could refinance my loan via online application, which I submitted over a week ago. STILL have not heard anything back from them. I have tried e-mailing and calling, I have left multiple voice messages. I have accounts with another credit union/bank and this is by far the worst customer service I have received. At this point, I am considering taking my loan elsewhere.

Hold times are totally out of control, half an hour and still waiting just to make a car payment. Third time I've called today!

Nice poeple, but extremely difficult to reach by phone to make a loan payment. If you can get a live person at all, hold times of half an hour plus are common. Will not do business with them again after my loan is paid off.

When I lived in NJ I had this bank for a good 12 years. Never had a issue. The Bridgeton branch could learn to be a bit happier but not everyone can have a great day.
