Overall Feedback:
Confused! Because August 2018, some type of Source Solutions Claims Specialist called me saying I owe money for a credit card account. Now after doing my research to my original card companies, the BBB, my credit report is showing no signs of this alleged credit card. It would be also passed the legal limitations collection laws in my State! I recently spoke with a Representative from this office, trying to reassure me that everything was legal. After, I googled the numbers I received to make a payment, I'm seeing all types of reviews about scam numbers. The numbers that contact me in August 2018, is on the list. Because the area code was 276, and callback number was totally different, mine you it was a robo call voicemail messages which I'm seeing on the scam suspicion list from FTC. My payment was taken from this Attorney's office. I need answers other than a docu sign receipt and a account number the original card companies do not have or I ever owned, even if it was sold! Wished I wasn't so vulnerable last year and asked more questions before putting my information out there to make an over the phone payment to this office!
