Feedback:

I always feel at home with this bank. They're very friendly... know me by name. They"ve quickly returned my phone calls...or to get an answer to my question. The bigger chain banks in town we're never like this.

I picked this bank because it was close to my home and it was a smaller business and normally smaller family-run businesses and such are run better I have learned this is wrong I've had to borrow money from people while I have money in my bank account because they won't let me have it off my card and the bank is not opened by the time I get home from work and it's not open yet when I leave for work the few ladies I have interacted with on the inside have been exceedingly polite however the bank itself is not reliable I had to pay a late fee on insurance payment because it was directly taken out and they didn't take it directly out I had to go in and ask them where the money was still in my account

I had a buyer for our property and the president of the bank got his truck dirty so he would not approve the loan if you wanted to live of the grid u are going to get a little dirty if it rains but at least we don't have lock all the gates and have 911 on speed dial so I say you don't have a clue

I would good them 5 stars of they were open on Saturdays. That's my only complaint.

I thought the bank wasn't working at the atm machine, find out some of my transactions set off a red flag on my card and I didn't know it until I went to use the card . I'm glad the bank watches out for their customers.

Called to ask if they provided notary servicesand they told me they did. I asked if I had to make an appointment, if it was done all day, and how much they charge. They told me to come in whenever and it was free of charge. When I got there I was seated and overheard them panic about the only person being either a)gone for the day or b) on lunch. None the less someone came to escort me to a desk. She asked if I had an account at Branned. I said, "At one point, but I switched banks." And she told me very shortly, "Unfortunately we do not provide that service to non members." It would have been nice if she wasn't so short and unapologetic when I explained no one informed me of this. I went next door to Suntrust and they did it right away and were super nice!

How can I be an account holder for over a year, having originally deposited $26,000 & when my friend signs a $300 check over to me they will not cash it. Horrible people every time I go in there...EVERY SINGLE TIME. Don't waste your time or money on them.
