Been with Amerifirst for a little over 2 years and have nothing but good things to say about their professionalism, timeliness, and peace of mind they give you during a sometimes stressful process. My wife and I established a renovation loan with Amerifirst when other loan companies tried to talk us out of it due to how difficult the process is. Amerifirst assured us that a renovation loan is not scary and very easily accomplished, and they were right. Great staff and convenient location, highly suggest working with them for all your loan needs!

When we decided to go with a different lender Brandon called our agent and was extremely disrespectful to her as well as myself. He texted me in a very unprofessional manner saying how I should be ashamed of myself, among other things. Mind you all he had done at this point was get us a preapproval. I was willing to overlook his initial condescending demeanor with me as I was grateful for his help, but after seeing how he dealt with rejection I am so glad I dodged that bullet. Huge disappointment.
