Feedback:

Don't consider using this bank! Wait is 30min, as they make 6 people wait so one lady can go over her last several transactions in Great detail. Personal bankers, not with clients, refuse to help and just watch.

WORST BANK EVER! ONLY THING GOOD ABOUT THIS BANK IS THE HELP LOANS. I PUT MY CHECK INTO THE ATM THINKING I WOULD AT LEAST GET HALF OF MY MONEY BUT I WONT BE GETTING S*** UNTIL MONDAY... FOUR DAYS FROM WHEN I DEPOSITED. AND I’M NOT GETTING IT EARLY IN THE MORNING LIKE A REGULAR BANK DOES AROUND 3AM&6AM... I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL THEY OPEN AT 9!!! LIKE I DONT HAVE BILLS TO PAY!! I’M GOING TO STICK WITH BB&T OR FIND ANOTHER CREDIT UNION BECAUSE THIS ONE SUCKS. ALSO BY GETTING THE HELP LOAN WHEN I PAID IT OFF THEY REPORTED TO THE EQUIFAX THAT THE ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED AND IT DROPPED MY SCORE

Only CU with shared branch banking. Polite but slow. Especially during lunch hour. Most people only get hour for lunch. When there are two tellers and 12 people in line, it is a huge disservice when lunch is the only time banking can be done for some people.

After submitting an application for a car loan, one of the loan officers reached out to me to discuss the terms of the loan. After several days of us having discussed the loan and me getting various documents to Bragg Mutual, it was decided to stop the loan process. After alot of wasted time and energy I went elsewhere and secured a new auto loan. Wish they could have been more expedient and upfront about their process and been less wasteful with both our values time.

I absolutely without a doubt think this is the first credit union. They freeze your card when they want and when I paid my help loan off and wanted to get another loan I could because of a payday loan that had nothing to do with them. Then if something happens over the weekend you're screwed because they have no call center that you can speak to a live person. I'm questioning my account and if u will keep it open. One unhappy member...... I absolutely, without a doubt hate this bank with a passion. And hate is a very strong word but I truly do. They are not for their members so I'm good when it comes to them. #IMGOOD.....😡😠 So here it is again and my card is frozen and for what I'm trying to pay my light bill so I won't be in the faiand my card is frozen. I'm so sick if Bragg Mutual. It makes no sense at all ......Then they wanna call you and day oh what's wrong, we strive on great customer service and we want our members to be happy well I'm not happy this credit Union is full of it and I feel that they don't care about their members at all and I see all the comments praising them but it's a lie.
