I feel like too often only angry people leave reviews. This is not the case with me! I love it here. I have the best neighbors. Managment is fair and supportive. The laundry room is clean, the garbage is always picked up. The location is convenient and the light rail is being built across the street. Best value around. What does affordable housing mean to me? A single mom doesn’t have to work 3 jobs to meet the expenses of rent for her family. The affordable rent gave me the opportunity to go to my daughters concerts, shows and sporting events. I could have time to do the laundry and cook dinner without worrying about going from one job to the next.
