I wouldn’t refer bowers automotive to anyone . Their service is decent , but the cars themselves fall apart so quickly & they do nothing about it . They just fix the car up well enough to get it going off the lot . The vehicles may look like great quality on the outside , but in reality the quality is atrocious.

The cars can be good cars but my daughter purchase a car from them last year and she could be a day late and the woman that deals with some of the payments would threaten her of repo if she doesn't come right on in. I thought u can't repo someone for a week old payment now u say u work with people than you need to actually mean it. This will be the last time she will purchase a car from them hell your credit would even be messed up over a 2 week payment I only gave the 2 stars for the condition of the car not the customer service at all it really SUCKS

I got a car from them In September of 2017 I been having problems every since. They have been giving me the run around saying take it to autoport and autoport only put a fuel pump on my car I told them I had a oil leak that was in January and my car is still leaking oil and it's may. Now right is right you wouldn't want.to.drive a lemon??? Told them my car was smoking they say it's just cold that's why it's smoking it's hot now and it's still smoking I'm tired I'm about to get a lawyer.

Liked the place until I was stereotyped. Clearly the guy thought I didn’t have any way of paying for the car. Treated differently after I mentioned that the down payment is the last thing I’m worried about.

I was very about happy about my first purchase in 2002, because I had no credit. I had an accident about a year later and decided to make a another purchase since Bowers was offering me a discount. Unfortunately the warranty was 12,000, car kept breaking down. After it was paid, we junked it. We had only one vehicle purchased through Aaron’s. My wife needed a car, but she didn’t want another car from Bowers. We were able to make our first purchase for a brand new car in 2009. It had very good warranty. Never had any problem actually we traded it for something else after four years. After Bowers, we’ve never purchased anything used. No one in my family will purchase from them either. They’re nice looking cars but won’t run long. You guys need more warranty.

The first car I ever paid for came from Bowers Auto back in 2012. It is still functioning fine. I am actually hoping to purchase a 2nd car in 2 to 3 months. Bowers will be the first place I will look. I can speak highly of their customer service because I have experienced it first hand. From the car salesmen to the parts and service workers you will be pleased with them.

I'm been buying from Bowers since 2010 and I never had a problem with them at all. Matter of fact I still have my old car I bought which was a 2004 Chevy Malibu LT...I will be buying from bowers again for another ride in the coming years!
