I cannot recommend BOQ highly enough! Having been with CBA for 27 years, I thought when I needed them most they would be there, but indeed they weren't! When I did the rounds to find a bank that had the same business values as us, it was BOQ Maroochydore by a long shot! The whole team are eager to assist, the business owner Nic came out of his office didn't recognise me and greeted himself, if something with the accounts doesn't seem right they simply pick up the phone and call, if I needed a quick answer on something you can just call them directly... the list goes on!This is a bank with a team of great people with an amazing culture and attitude.
