Feedback:
First name basis, friendly and helpful customer service. Personally I have never had any issue whatsoever with them. The information/air hockey nights that i have attended have been useful for planning my overseas trip to Europe. Thanks BOQ Gladstone
Feedback:
Increasingly dissatisfied with BOQ - going through hardship at the moment and they are the only financial group/bank that is not of any help at all. ING excellent and couldn't be more helpful, Nissan financial communicative and understanding, BOQ slugging me with more and more charges that I couldn't afford in the first place. Try to ring them get some idiot from overseas - go to their offices get people who tell me to contact the overseas number! Really you need to take Queensland off your logo! Customer service is sadly sadly lacking in the Gladstone area for sure!
Feedback:
disappointing .I asked Andrew for a $400000.00 bridging loan till we sell the house. We have over a million in property security and about $400.000.00 in cash(incl superannuation) and an income together of about $90000.00. Want to buy a property for 530.000 so 400000 loan and 145000 cash to pay the difference and stamp duty. leaves us with $255000 plus our income to pay 1-2 years interest and to life from>but Andrew can't make it to work??? Impossible to love a bank and maybe you should stop your fake TV commercials if what we have is still not good enough to get a 1-2 year loan
Feedback:
Has become much better over time.
