Client Review on Boiling Springs Savings Bank

I was interested to talk about new loan. I was trying to reach loan department in Boiling Spring Savings Bank on May 30, 2019 between 10 and 11 AM. I ‘ve been forwarded to 4 different loan officers by operator. None of the officers was expected at work that day. One recorded message even advised do NOT leave any messages because that person was not planning to return to work. I haven't reached anyone and was unable to do any business with the bank.It's ridiculous and NOT customer friendly business. I’m not surprised that other customers graded this bank so low.Bank management doesn’t do the job at all to manage business.
