Very nice, polite, & straightforward service. Went here to pick up my firearm (go ahead & list them as your FFL). Unfortunately I didn't give myself time to browse their items, this review is for their outstanding customer service.

Staff was nothing but rude to I called in to sell an Xbox one controller and they 10$ over the phone I said can you do fifteen and they said they will take a look at it and I went into the store and, I forgot I had my recharabke batteries in them and I asked for them back she gave the most attitude ever and said can I test the controller first and was like take your time then didint drop it for a few minutes later not only that but they had to download a whole game to test the controller felt like forever and my friend had to be somewhere then she proceeded to do all the information not telling me she was only gonna give 10 and I said you cant do 15 after all the time we spent in there waiting for them and their service then said what a rip off its a wireless controller only ever been used two times and she said we dont have to buy it and I said you did all the paper work already and she would not buy it after I offerd 4 or 5 times finally had enough of their garbage, its not like I really needed the money either so I just took my controller and left..... Moral of story I had very poor service and never will go back

The woman that works in here is very rude. First& last visit to BOB'S!! Working in a joint like BOB'S.....no time for snobs.People who hate their job should not work with the public.

I have lived in Havelock, NC all my life, and I have always gone to Bob's Trading Post for my business, whether that be buying or selling. Their friendly, family atmosphere is always a plus, especially if Mr. Bob is out in the front. They take the time to steer you in the right directions if they are not able to assist you with something, and that is awesome. Your business is appreciated and loved by many in the community!!! Thank you! Was great to see Mr. Bob and his daughter, Jessie, this morning! Thank you for all the help!

Awful customer service, the one guy with the red beard in particular was very rude and condescending. As if that were not bad enough, the amounts they offer to buy/loan for items is often laughable. I will be getting what I have in pawn with them out and then I will never be returning to their establishment.

I love this store!! I like going there to get games and movies for a reasonable price. The employees are all awesome there too, they always ask if you need help and will try there best to make your visit easier
