I have never seen such incompetence how they conduct bussiness can't do a simple job correct . I brought Three pressure washers to be work on . I told the person who came and met with me i want these pressure washers running and ready to work change the plugs change the oil and filters do what evere it takes so that when i go to use them i have no problems . I pick them up 6-3-2019 and paid their price never said anything to them about what they charged me . also i did not think i needed to look at the pressures washers to make sure they did their job correct that is the reason i brought them to this company if i knew how to work on them i would have done it myself but their are supposed to be the Professionals So i pick them up went to a job got their pulled one out of the truck started hooking the hoses up and seen they did not finish their job because i could not hook up my pressure washer hose because they dont know what they are doing .right then i knew they are incompetent to do a simple job so what can i do ? i go and look at the other pressure washer to see the very same thing one part was missing i could not even use that pressure washer . Here is my advise dont waste your time doing bussines with this company they have so much bussines they dont do their job correct because they rush each customer equipment and they dont finsh and do the job correct they cost me money because i could not start the job im going to report them to the bbb they refusded to give me my money back and told me not to come back they dont want my bussiness all because they cant do their job correct also trying to give me excuses telling me i should have told them that the part was not on the pressure washer I told the owner his employees never even hook up a hose to test the pressure washer that is why they didnt know the part was missing I pacifically told the person who wrote down what i wanted done have them ready to work and they did not even test them to see if they where working correct condition, incompetence at the highest level not taken care me has their customers i give them a 1 star rating for over all customer service .
