I started processing in March and had a very short time frame before my opening day. Blueswipe was able to setup my account & have my machine to me really quick. I never have any issues with the service, my money is in my account the next morning and my clover machine works great! It's really nice to be able to just accept credit cards without any terminal issues or outages. I like the fact that it just always works!

BlueSwipe is Great! A scam artist with a perfectly made fake credit card and fake ID came into my business and attempted to purchase a car with a card already reported stolen. Instead of preventing the transaction, Blueswipe decided to approve it and proceeded to charge a person's card who had already been reported stolen. Some real brains there, BlueSwipe..THEN.. they decided to charge our account for the 11,000 dollars a few days later because the card was indeed stolen, which we did not know. So we were out 11,000. When we confronted them about it, they decided to charge another 11,000 dollars a while later, because we told them we were taking the case to court. So we were out 22 grand. Yeah Blueswipe isn't looking so hot is it folks. A bunch of Unamerican conartists is what Blueswipe is.We went to court and got back the original $11,000, and they said they took the extra $11 grand out in error, and would resolve it, but never did after many correspondences with them.We don't know how many hookers and drugs the administrators and managers at BlueSwipe bought with our money, but it was probably a lot.Don't choose BlueSwipe. Choose someone else who gives a Poop about their customers. We are busy mucking these people up behind the scenes unless we here back from them from these public addresses. They don't answer emails.Thanks for being the most Useless possible option in payment processing, BlueSwipe.

Extremely accommodating in assisting us in setting up an online payment portal for a custom website. They were available to trouble-shoot any obstacles in real time, returned calls when they said they would and made a complicated process seamless. Would definitely approach again with new projects and would recommend them to others.
