Client Review on Blue Eagle Credit Union

Feedback:

Currently looking for a different financial institution. Blue Eagle has been nothing but a headache since I've opened my account 3 months ago. I've been charged fees that they refuse to reverse, even though transactions were not my fault/I had no control over. I live paycheck to paycheck, but BECU doesn't care. They'll charge me fees without batting an eye, then tell me "Sorry, there's nothing we can do even though you've done nothing wrong". The "corporate office" and call center is a joke, and I never receive follow up phone calls as promised. There's never a supervisor to assist, I always have to wait for a callback that never happens. There is no District Manager, or anyone higher up to speak with other than the incredibly unprofessional call center Manager. I was referred by a family friend, but I regret opening this account. I will NEVER recommend BECU to ANYONE. If I wanted problems with my financial institution every other week, I would have stayed with Wells Fargo. I expected so much more from a credit union, but I guess I'm just another number to them. Extremely disappointed.
