Client Review on Blue Crystal Software

I have used KC for almost 9 years. This software is not intended for businesses who plan to grow. It was created for small business. This software has created so much chaos in trying to successfully run my business. It is so full of bugs and error messages that it takes approximately 10% of our day rebooting and signing back into the software. Their support teams will ask that we send all error messages to them. However, if they can’t duplicate the errors on private computers then our issues are a mute point. They continue to tell me that no other users are having these issues but as I research online reviews I see that they do. I would suggest that they work in the field to see how their product actually performs. Then maybe they would understand the frustration of having 10 people in line with barking dogs and the software crashes continuously. Please research all software companies before making a mistake like I did.
