Not sure where all the negative reviews are coming from. Our first lease with Bluebridge was in 2014 and originated through a 3rd party broker. All was clean and straight forward. We did several other leases afterward with Financial Pacific, LCA and Leaf Capital. In 2018, we were looking for more funding and I reached out to Bluebridge to see if they were interested. Worked with Jenna Santurno on the origination and she was able to meet/beat all other offers. Paperwork and deal closing was smooth and painless. Did another deal with Jenna in 2019 and had the same great experience. By far the smoothest operation of any of the financing companies I've worked with in the last 5 years.

Horrible. Stay Away. The Sales representative even quit in the middle of our financing and his mom opened up another finance company. Stay away. They told me that there were no pre-payment penalties and now they are telling me that all the interest must be paid in full for the full term of the loan. I recommend even my worst enemy to stay Far Away.... Trust Me.

Worst experience ever. Unable to contact the same person twice. You talk to a different person every time you call and explain what is going on and they say they have noted your account the next time you call there is nothing noted and have to start all over. They tell you there is no early prepay or accident penalty and they charge you heavily. They release your title without your approval. Please do not get screwed as I did find someone else to help with your financial needs.
