Was super impressed with these guys. And not just for our loan, but other's that I've sent their way. Everyone has had such an amazing experience. They are personable and VERY passionate about what they do. I feel like they can pretty much get anyone a home loan. I've seen them get people into loans that I was sure there was no way! They definitely know their stuff and make it enjoyable! I've worked with other lenders in the valley who were so rude and demeaning, these guys are so respectful, kind and thorough.

Where do I start? David the owner of Black Diamond Mtg was very knowledgeable & helpful and Danelle my Loan Officer was same dealing in my first transaction of VA construction loan most lenders in American cannot do!. After ONE YEAR of communicating and changing properties I closed on my purchase loan yesterday! Maria the operations manager and the entire staff are quick, responsive and get answers when needed. I KNOW WHAT I AM TALKING ABOUT as I had 30 + years in the Mortgage Business, a VA Automatic Underwriter, FHLMC/FNMA Risk underwriter and I cannot give a higher recommendation than I do here for Danelle and all of the staff at Black Diamond mortgage. They are excellent! Thank you all.

Matt and the rest of the team were amazing. I would highly recommend them for all of your home financing needs. My somewhat complicated transaction went as smoothly as possible with Matt guiding me through the entire process. Matt was responsive and pleasant at all times, even when I was overwhelmed. They will help you find a solution and make sure you are taken care of.

Black Diamond Mortgage Company followed up on every question we had. They called us regularly to see if we needed anything. They made the process go smoothly and quickly without a hitch. They were even available outside of the work day schedule to give us help and advice. It was truly a great experience.

We used Black Diamond for the closing on our house this past winter. We had to change dates multiple times due to personal reasons and they were extremely flexible with us, even over the holidays. Dave made multiple personal trips to our house for meetings instead of making us figure out babysitter/daycare so we could go into the office. If we move again, there is no question that we will use Black Diamond.

They got me the best loan at the best rate possible. I really appreciate all of their hard work in making this possible. David went above and beyond getting all of the paperwork solidified for this loan to work to my advantage.
