Client Review on Biloxi Pawn Inc

The worst service i have ever gotten. When in at 4pm looked at there laptops for that long came across 2 that seemed ok so asked to check them out one did not come on at all the 2ed one did everthing seemed fine but said it needed update and at this time it was 4:50pm the guy there informed me he would be closeing and if i wanted it i needed to buy it i said if anything is worng with it can i get a refund he said sure bing it back tomorrow . so i got home started update windows informed me that windows 8 would nolonger be supported i needed upgrade to 8.1 or window 10 so i bring the thing back to the pawn store the guy that i bought the laptop from informed me that he would have to have his pc guy look at it and it would take a feq days becuase it was friday. So come monday i call to see if it is ready and i was spoken to rudely says we have no fixed laptop and hung up on. So i waited till later to called ask thw lady who answered the phone about laptop she told me it was right here with my name on it. Then i go there to pick up the laptop only to be informed that he couldn't fix it but i was welcome to find one that they had there but none of them worked so i wanted refund like he promisesed me. I was then told i could take the broken one or one there only no refund.
