Horrible. I have been trying to reach this company for over a year now and every time I call they don't answer, I get "disconnected" or they are closed. I made multiple payments on a bill and was not sent the receipt for the last one I was billed for. I'd like to talk to someone now before I report them to the news station for fraud investigation.

The absolute WORST customer service on the planet for any MSP or ISO, STAY AWAY!! Horrible communication from executives and account managers have absolutely no ability or authority to do anything. Try if you wish, but expect to be lied to over and over.
