Client Review on Billings Federal Credit Union

I usually use the downtown location and I have always had a great experience; however, today I made the mistake of going to this one. I let the customer service person know that my debit card had been declined numerous times by merchants even though there was plenty of money in the account. The term "declined" was the term the merchants used, not myself. She said that there never was a time on her end that any charge was "declined" so maybe I was entering my PIN wrong? I wasn't.These were being run as credit. I tried to flesh out my stories to give better illustrations and locations, she was unconvinced. Finally, I said, it seems that you think I am either lying or undeserving or a new card!? She says she is just troubleshooting. I'm thinking that I'm going to have to close my account because I can't get a new debit card! In the end, I finally did get a new card, but it was like pulling teeth, and I was left feeling like I had extremely inconvenienced the customer service person and that my business was definitely not valued nor wanted.
