I I have been paid through this company and cannot access my money. Support screens Are unresponsive and there is no live access— no phone contact provided anywhere on the website. I did find the corporate address and phone via google. The phone number is completely automated; It too has no link to a live person or a way to ask for assistance This is looking like a scam. Customers beware!

Worst possible customer service experience for setup. The rollout for QB online bill pay isn't anywhere ready to be implemented. Mai Thao wasn't any help as a customer service rep.
