I had to get a loan from this company and after paying back more that I originally received. My very last payment they messed up and didn’t take out what they were supposed to take out. It’s the customers fault so instead of waiving $23.36 which by the way was interest charges I paid anyway. It was just really bad customer service to me! I requested no contact from them EVER again!

I took out a loan with this company paid it off in 90 days.After paying them off they went back into my account and stole funds.I have been giving the run around for 5 days about my funds.Stay away from this company nothing more than CROOKS.

By far the worst place to ever get a loan I borrowed 800 dollars n they want 1600 back. They're representatives are very misleading... and it feels like a trapped loan.. I hope no one falls victim into thinkng this is a good loan company.

Big Picture Loans helped me during a recent financial crisis. I had to have my car repaired and I did not have the $775 needed to get it fixed. I found them and I got the money I needed. I was able to pay the loan back in 3 months. I agree with the others that the interest rate is super high but they helped when I wasn't sure I could get the money. I would recommend them!

I understand the other reviews complaining about the interest rate but I appreciate Big Picture Loans giving me a loan very quickly. With my credit score I knew the rate would be really high. The application process showed me exactly what the rate would be and I was able to choose a payment plan that fit my budget.
