Had plans for a horse carriage ride. We told the owner we would be back at 630. They were DONE FOR THE NIGHT. VERY SAD.

NOT A GREAT SPOT TO VISIT THESE DAYS.BUSINESS CLOSE TOOEARLY..ITS 6PM AND MOST ARE CLOSED.I HEAR MANY COMPLAINTS FROMSTORES...BUT YETSO MANY EMPLOYEESHAVE A NO CAREATTITUDE.WE USE TO LOVE COMINGUP TO BIG BEAR.AFTER THIS YEAR I HAVENO PLANS TO EVER COMEBACK. YOU CAN ONLYBLAME THE LACK OF SNOW SO LONG.LACK OR CARE OFCUSTOMER NO SERVICEONLY GOES SO FAR. THE ONLY RESTAURANTTHAT STOOD OUT WITHBOTH SERVICE AND CAREWAS THE PINES.
