Pros: professional, thorough, conscientious, thoughtful, patient Cons: I honestly can’t think of any.The staff at Better Business Financial Services helped complete our 2017 tax return. We have been doing our own taxes but because we were in the middle of some more complex financial transactions we needed the guidance of a professional. The Better Business Financial Services went above and beyond our expectations of service. They helped us gather every last piece of necessary documentation and information we needed to complete a very thorough tax return, including items we would have never thought to consider. They took extra time then originally estimated to make sure that all possible deductions were considered and we know that our liability was appreciably lower due to their knowledge and perseverance.We are very happy with the personal service and professionalism of Better Business Financial Services and will continue with their tax services in the future.

I love BBFS! I had limited knowledge on taxes when I came to BBFS and not only were they able to find me new exemptions I qualified for and increase the amount I was getting back, but they were able to explain those deductions in detail and what I needed to do to set me up for better tracking next year. They are very knowledgeable, thorough, affordable, and a pleasure to work with, I highly recommend them!

When it comes to financial planning I am lost. I had to roll over a small 401K and the more research I did the more confused I became. A friend recommended Better Business Financial Services and after five minutes on the phone I knew this was the right choice. They not only answered my questions, they answered questions I did not even know I had. What a relief. I know my finances are in good hands.

A friend recommended Better Business Financial Services to me. I am so glad he did. I wasn't very happy with my previous accountant. Not only will they go the extra mile for you, they will make sure you are not taken advantage of. They are a pleasure to work with. If you are looking for someone to do your taxes, go to Better Business Financial Services. Hands down, they are the best. They are very helpful and definitely knowledgeable. What I appreciate most is that they are genuinely a good group of folks, sincerely interested in your well-being, taxes or otherwise.

My boyfriend owns his own business. He’s been doing his own taxes for a while. I finally convinced him to seek out a little help. His workload has been getting overwhelming. A friend of his recommended Better Business Financial. At first, we weren’t sure it would be a good idea because we are located in another part of So. Cal, but we decided to give them a try since they have an option to do your taxes remotely. Boy did we make the right choice! Suddenly, they have helped him save a little money and keep all of his records organized. The headaches and complaints are now gone. For larger businesses, they offer payroll services and for individuals, they are there to make crunching your numbers at tax time easy too. BBFS was a great little find.

Since I move around a lot, I have never had a consistent individual or service to assist with my taxes every year. It seems like I am always in search of a new place to help with my tax preparation and planning. After going through Better Business Financial Services this year, I am confident in saying that I will be sticking with them for the foreseeable future. A close friend of mine, who attended college in the area, has been using Better Business Financial Services for a number of years so his recommendation led us to seek out their services. Even though they are located in San Luis Obispo, I was able to do all of my business electronically. I have never been very financially savvy, but now I’m feeling more self-assured due to their professionalism, guidance, and expertise. Do yourself a favor and keep them in mind for your financial assistance, whether you’re an individual or representing a business.

Over the years Better Business Financial Services has always been outstanding when I come to them with my tax questions. Whether it's questions about what to file for a new job or if I get any new deductions on my annual taxes, the staff there is always up to date on new laws. They have the most helpful staff I've ever come across in a tax office!

I have been using Better Business Financial Services for the past year..I am always amazed at their quick response to my questions. My prior accountant wouldn't even come to the phone! When I brought in my tax returns from prior years they were able to amend one of the years and get me a large refund!, needless to say I was very pleased...thanks to all the staff at BBFS...good job!
