Feedback:

Went to the site to complain about a business. Issue was resolved almost instantly. Helps that many others had the same complaint I'm sure but regardless BBB helped it go smoothly and quickly.

Thank you BBB for your help ... I would not have received my refund from Macys without your help ... I had called and emailed and posted on Macy's fb page for several weeks without getting any results ... after BBB got involved I received my refund within a week ... Thank you ....

BBB did their very best to assist me , although the company i disputed with refused to provide any viable solutions to my issue , BBB's efforts were greatly appreciated.

The process to file the complaint was good and the response time was good. However there really was no helpful resolution to my issue. The BBB is just reporting and capturing info without any avenue to solving the problem presented. The final answer was go to the Attorney General. I do not think that a company which claims to have a good BBB rating should be let out of their responsibilities so easily.

If you think the Better Business Bureau is is about better business, you are mistaken. The Better Bureau is about bogus business. Businesses pay for a rating, and then they scam you, and the Better Business Bureau does nothing. Why" Because the bogus businesses pay them and you don't.
