This bank sucks they charge you for saving your own money and there are 2 girls that work there that have very bad attitudes like they don't want to do there job but the rest of them are nice not to mention that they don't have there own ATM so if you work till 5 well you can't cash your check because they close at 4 or 5 on Friday's and there not open on Saturday so I'm done with them I will go back to bank of America the only reason I went with this bank is because my mom and dad have this bank well good luck to anyone that has this bank

My first savings account. I'd put part of my allowance in here every 2 weeks. I used it for a car loan after I got my first job. To set up online banking they'd have to confirm my identity and I'd have to come in (according to some people) or I'd have to send certain information (according to others). That's OK, I'm really only interested in having my 6-month emergency savings here so I let it go...That was then, this is now.Received a letter that my account is dormant after 2 years of inactivity. Would begin to be assessed a monthly fee which is about 4x the amount of interest I receive. My choices are: Deposit, Withdrawal, Close Down. Called today to find out their benefits and to get their side. I referred to the year my account was opened (30+ years ago), the fact that I only like to have it for my emergency savings so I don't touch them, and that it would cost me money to keep my money there. Aside from picking up the phone and answering my questions, no attempt was made to keep me. This note is not only a review but a good-bye...

Been banking with them for years. If you need a loan or an account the people are friendly the tellers remember who you are. I've had two car loans with them so far they're great to work with an incredibly pleasant.
