I have had an account here for over 20 years. Cash withdrawals are limited to $2000 in person or $1000 ATM -not helpful when paying for big expenses. Customer service was excellent when my debit card was compromised, and they refunded the money stolen and handled all the fraud issues within 24 hours. I will continue to bank here.

I've been a member for 4+ years now and have never had an issue they didn't immediately resolve. Very prompt and polite both via phone and in person. Thank you!

I love this bank, the staff is friendly and they always solve any issues I have right away. I just wish the online website worked I haven't been able to use it in awhile so I can't check my balances or transfer money.

Have tried to call the phone number for the CU & can never get anyone to answer the phone!! You are not able to transfer $$$ from an outside account to your account when monies are not available in the CU? 😵 It is very frustrating to deal with this CU when you do not live in Muskegon. 😨 Will be cancelling our 2 accts.
