Came in here to check out some guns for my 10 year old who knows way more than I know about guns. Didn't buy a gun yet but I left the shop knowing which one I want to purchase. The guy behind the counter shared with me which gun he personally got for his son, that is around the same age as my son. He even showed me a video of his son using it. I don't live in W.V. but I would definitely return here to this store and purchase the gun here.

Shame. Meh. The only game in town. If you want to call Berkeley Springs/Bath a "town". More like a drug haven, with this place "working the corner". Although this town knows it because it is THE locals!! Here is the deal. If you want a BRAND NEW never fired gun, with the fire round in the box, this is not the place. Every single firearm I purchased from here has been DIRTY! When you drop a grand plus, you expect NEW UNUSED product, when it is FULL price; or maybe a box of rounds you mark up $10 minimally. Now, anyone who shoots is usually HAPPY to let someone fire their gun. Part of sharing. However this is the families personal gun safe which they enjoy, do not clean well, then turn around and sell for full price. The $30 waived for the background check or a brand NEW, clean, gun? Take your pick. If you are spending $1000 on a gun, and you cant afford the BG check, you can't afford the firearm. Grab a guns website is the bar for pricing AND NEW oiled firearm with spent cartridge included. While in there at least FOUR addicts came in for chump change loans, paying $30 for $25. Looking at the PRE OWNED games they are charging almost full NEW price!! Dying light $20?! far cry primal $20? They cost that ONLINE with no tax!! This is the first time i experienced this "riff raff" coming in and out so "as a matter a factually", i will not be returning to this "place". grab a gun .com!! I was constantly looking over my shoulder, IN the store pulling out cash UNDER my shirt to count, as well as walking through the lot to the 7-11. Oh, and everyone is just as nice as they can be when you are PAYING them!!

I love this place. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I have purchased 2 firearms from them, and will most likely be purchasing more. No pressure sales, they answer all your questions, and they are just all around hard working honest business people, and they will also have my business. Customer service is top notch. Keep up the great work guys!!!!
