I met with the owner who not only educated me on the buying process of jewelry - but gave me the highest price for my gold rope necklace. I also bought my girlfriend a beautiful diamond tennis bracelet that would have cost me more than double in the mall. Thank you Tim!

I purchased my 3-karat oval cut solitaire engagement ring and am nothing less than completely pleased!!!! Tim is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and provided a comfortable experience for me. I have dealt with Tim at Bergen County Gold Buyers for a number of years. He is down to earth is honest and has integrity. Integrity and honesty are two attributes that are lacking in this industry (and that is very sad). Tim will level with you even if it means bursting your bubble of what you thought was super valuable and explain to you (in detail) and prove what he is saying. He conducts his business right in front of you. He will test your items and explain everything in detail so you know you are making an informed decision. He also goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk into his storeFor instance, I was just in there with a pair of earrings I was thinking of selling. He said they are beautiful earrings but I'd be better off keeping them because they weren't worth much to sell. He then proceeded to go into detail and explain why. I highly doubt other gold buyers would take the time to explain everything the way he does.Also, he has the most adorable mascot/fur-baby, Molly. She is the official BCGB meet and greet puppy. Even if you don't sell or buy anything she is worth a trip to the store. The store is immaculately clean and very well lit. No dingy, creepy pawn shop feeling here. He also has some beautiful jewelry on display for sale. They aren't just gold buyers. His assistant, Kevin is very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. You will know you are in good hands when you come to Bergen County Gold Buyers. I wouldn't consider selling my gold items anywhere else because I TRUST Tim and he has earned that trust by being honest everytime we have done business.

Absolutely class.First just wanted to say thanks for the service. I ordered a diamond earring here. When i picked it up, i realized they had upgraded to a screw back because of increased security and less risk of it opening. Screw backs bother my ear and when i explained that to the owner he offered a full return or to change the diamond setting that same day. Amazed at that service, i chose to get the diamond i wanted and wait the extra few hours. They delivered it to me and its really perfect and exactly what i wanted and without a doubt the best price around. I would recommend them a million times over. Thanks again.
