Had the system for years and had varying levels of service. Bought a new Kitchen printer which started smoking as soon as i plugged it in. Keep getting transferred and they will not replace it in a timely manner. Will be going elsewhere for a system as soon as I can. Any service they offer you is at a time that suits them not the customer.

I just have this system installed in my workplace and it is the worst, not effective at all. Mess up all payment and take us longer time to put the order through. There is the pros but the cons even more to talk about. Would rather go back to Micros system but no chances

Amazing POS system!! Highly Recommended!! Our Customer are really happy and it is all because of Bepoz marketing and promotion module. Good thing about this system is that you pay as per your needs despite other POS vendor where they charge you upfront for whole package.

In regards to the first review, one questions the idiot who wrote the spam review, first rating himself as some hospitality expert and then claiming that Bepoz is the worst product , if it was why did an expert use it for his venue.Maybe the best review comes not from online reviews by faceless cowards. but from observing why most of the iconic venues use Bepoz

Have this system in our restaurant i would not suggest it to anyone in 12 years in management of Restaurants,club and pubs this would be the worst ever. Avoid buying it as you will not get the support you need and when you do they don't know how to fix it. it takes them a week to fix things. if you want a good system go for waiterpos or something that has a good name.
